Dear member of the Slovak Educational Society,
We are currently undertaking a research project aiming at the collection of indicators of Education Systems. The project is hosted by the Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences (BAGSS), University of Bamberg (Germany) and supervised by Prof. Dr. Steffen Schindler, Prof. Dr. Michael Gebel, and Prof. Dr. Carlo Barone.
Given the expertise of your researcher members in the field, we would kindly ask you to take the time to suggest experts on the educational system of Slovakia to us. We would very much appreciate if you could write their names or contact details in order to send them our online expert survey.
Just to give you more information, the survey focuses on the structure of the educational system, and more in specific, it covers the following topics:
- tracking at secondary level,
- standardization of the school-leaving examinations throughout the country,
- state influence in recruitment and hiring of teachers, budget restrictions, and curricular content
- linkages between labor market and educational system.
